Synopsis

Crysis 2 is a first person shooter. The player assumes the role of a Marine Force Recon called Alcatraz. Similar to its predecessor, offers the freedom to customize the weapons and abilities. Crytek wants to avoid making another game set in a real jungle environment (like Far Cry and Crysis), City of New York has been called an "urban jungle". The urban environment offers new options for the progress and planning of attacks. Players are able to navigate between floors and buildings, and a destroyed cityscape.
